Victorville and Apple Valley Auto Repair

Big Apple has some great people. Always friendly and always straight forward. I bring all my vehicles here for Smog and services that I can’t do myself.

I love Big Apple Automotive. I've been coming here since I moved to the high desert. I will never go anywhere else.

Clean, knowledgeable and very friendly. Would trust my grandma to take her car here.

Went to 3 other referred home mechanics that were "affordable " but they kept making matters worse which became a bigger problem if they would've done it right the 1st time. After several months of car problems and money spent decided on Big Apple. Great customer service, quick turnaround, estimate was clear, they took care of everything not skimping out on anything. Sure it cost more but I had more done and wasted time and money with the cheaper home mechanics and have an actual warranty. I'll be coming here from now on.

Although the final cost was more than expected, I’ll definitely keep using their services.

DO NOT GO HERE! DISHONEST,OVERPRICED, MONEY HUNGRY SHOP! DESERVE ZERO STARS!! I called ahead to get a quote for my rotors and brakes and was told to come in so they can look at the vehicle. When I arrived, the guy was very talkative in between conversations had me sign a document while distracting me with questions, saying they will take about 1.5 hrs. At no point—either over the phone or in person—was I informed that there would be an inspection fee of $255. The front desk guy intentionally obscured the portion of the form listing the charge by facing it down. After waiting, I was given an estimate of over $3,600 plus tax. When I declined the service, I was informed for the first time that I owed $255 for the inspection. Had I been informed of this fee upfront, I would not have authorized the service. This lack of transparency and dishonest business practice is highly unprofessional.

Professional personnel. They explained all avout thr repairs.

I took my pop-up trailer in for an inspection on the bearings and breaks, Darren, the service advisor was very helpful. They didn’t try to over sale me on anything! They did what was requested and required and that’s it. I will definitely be coming back.

I won’t take my vehicle to anyone else, just to them it’s the best place in the high desert💯
